Welcome to PromptSay!

1. Service Description

PromptSay helps creators generate and rewrite scripts using AI by analyzing your unique style (Creator DNA).

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to use the service and enter into this agreement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Create misleading, fraudulent content, or spam.
  • Impersonate others.
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.
  • Abuse, scrape, automate misuse, or bypass limits of our service.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your input content, scripts, knowledge, uploaded briefs, and generated outputs, subject to your own rights and the rights of third parties.

You grant PromptSay permission to process this content strictly for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. AI Output

AI-generated scripts may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You must review and verify all outputs before publishing. You are solely responsible for your final published content.

7. Sponsor / Brand Content

When generating sponsored content, you are responsible for verifying:

  • Product claims and factual accuracy.
  • Sponsor requirements.
  • Required mentions and disclosures.
  • Prohibited claims and legal/compliance requirements.

8. Third-party Services

PromptSay may use third-party services including, but not limited to:

  • Firebase / Google Cloud
  • Gemini or other AI model providers
  • Apify
  • Analytics providers
  • Payment providers (e.g., Omise, Stripe)

9. Plans and Limits

Plans, limits, prices, features, and availability are subject to change without notice.

10. Beta Disclaimer

PromptSay is currently in beta. The service may be unstable, and features may change or be removed at any time.

11. Suspension / Termination

PromptSay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

PromptSay is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your misuse of the service or reliance on unreviewed AI content.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Thailand.
