2. Data We Collect

We collect several types of data:

Account Data

  • Email, name, and auth provider details.

Onboarding Data

  • Language preference, user type, content preferences, and creator style preferences.

Creator / Social Data

  • TikTok URL/username, captions, hashtags, public metadata, video metadata, and content patterns.

DNA Data

  • Content DNA and future Voice DNA.
  • Evidence data used to generate your DNA.

Knowledge Data

  • Sponsor briefs, product details, brand guidelines, uploaded files, extracted rules, and processed knowledge.

Script Data

  • Generated scripts, rewrites, edited scripts, and scene content.

Usage Data

  • Feature usage, plan usage, AI usage logs, token/cost logs, timestamps, and error logs.

Analytics & Technical Data

  • Page views, clicks, feature usage, conversion events, preference signals, usage patterns, browser, device, IP address, cookies, and local storage.

3. How We Use Data

  • Provide app functionality, generate scripts, and analyze creator DNA.
  • Extract knowledge and improve script quality.
  • Enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
  • Debug errors and improve performance.
  • Analyze product usage to improve UX and pricing.
  • Communicate with users and prepare for future billing operations.

4. AI Processing

Some user inputs are securely transmitted to our AI providers for:

  • Script generation and rewriting.
  • Knowledge extraction from briefs.
  • DNA analysis and future audio transcription.

5. Uploaded Files

Uploaded files may be processed to extract text and brand rules. Raw files are typically deleted after processing. Extracted knowledge is stored until you delete it from your library.

6. Third-party Processors

We utilize third-party processors including:

  • Firebase / Google Cloud
  • Google Gemini or other AI providers
  • Apify
  • Google Analytics
  • Future payment processors

7. Cookies and Analytics

Please refer to our Cookie Policy for details regarding tracking and analytics.

8. Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained until account deletion.
  • Scripts/Knowledge: Retained until manually deleted by the user.
  • Usage Logs: Retained for analytics, security monitoring, and cost tracking.
  • Temporary Files: Deleted shortly after processing.

9. User Rights

Under the Thai PDPA, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, withdraw consent, object to processing, or request data portability.

10. Cross-border Processing

Data may be processed on servers located outside Thailand by our cloud infrastructure and AI providers.

11. Security

We implement reasonable safeguards, including robust authentication, access control, and strict limits on internal data access.
